Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, the Estate lies on the Oxon/Berks border between Oxford and Newbury in central southern England and benefits from excellent communications via road and rail.

With Property to Let

We usually have country cottages and houses to rent in rural south Oxfordshire and West Berkshire, some in villages and others overlooking open countryside. These let properties benefit from the back up from our Estate Office and our own maintenance team.

Our properties range in size from farmhouses to small cottages, many with traditional features including beams, inglenooks, woodburners, all with central heating and up to date kitchens and bathrooms.

We occasionally have small rural offices and workshops to rent created out of redundant farm buildings.

East Hendred is a largely unspoilt traditional and beautiful village, (visit www.hendred.org for more details), with local facilities in Wantage and Didcot.
